北海天威水产食品有限公司于2009年11月成立，是一家集水产品收购、精细加工、储存、冷链物流配送、贸易为一体的综合性冷冻水产食品加工企业。公司位于美丽的北部湾广西北海市工业园区内，东接渝湛高速公路，西濒北部湾，园区距离北海港、北海火车站和北海机场均约10公里，距市中心3公里，交通十分便利。
公司项目总用地面积26502.9平方米，建筑占地面积11561.5平方米，总建筑面积18399.6平方米。工厂目前有螺杆式压缩机6台、水煮和蒸煮生产线各1条、虾分类机3台、片冰机2台、空气臭氧发生器2台以及一大批国内外先进的不锈钢鱼虾加工生产线；拥有双螺旋单冻机2台、单螺旋单冻机2台、隧道单冻机2台、速冻间6座、一整套国内先进的鱼糜生产线。工厂冷库容量10000吨，日速冻能力可达300吨，预计年精深加工水产品23000吨，年仓储物流量50万吨。配置有300平方米标准化检验室，能满足公司产品质量检验管控要求。
公司主要产品有：南美白虾系列产品、金鲳鱼系列产品、海捕鱼系列加工产品，冷冻水产肉糜及水产罐头等。产品畅销国内及美国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、非洲、东南亚等国家和地区。厂房、加工车间、冷库和生产加工设备的建设和布局严格按照我国《出口食品生产企业卫生要求》、《出口水产品加工企业注册卫生规范》的要求进行设计，加工环境可达到美国FDA颁布的海产品有关法规要求。公司产品全部按照我国《食品安全法》、出口食品卫生要求、美国水产品HACCP123法规等有关法规进行加工和品质管制，建立了全面可追溯的HACCP质量管理体系和获得欧盟出口证件，成为一间起点高、标准高、上规模、与国际接轨的现代化冷冻食品加工厂。公司配备约200人，拥有一支高素质、技术精湛经验丰富的员工队伍。

Beihai Tianwei Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. established in November, 2009 is a frozen food processing company integrating with aquatic food purchasing, intensive processing, warehousing, cold chain logistices, trade of seafood. The company located in the Beihai industrial park, connect to the Yuzhan highway in the east and near the Beibu Gulf in the west. It is conveniently only 10 kilometres away from Beihai port, Beihai train station, Beihai airport, and only 3 kilometres away form the downtown.
Beihai Tianwei Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. Covers an area of 26502.9 square meters, include the building covers 11561.5 square meters. Cross floor area is 18399.6 square meters. The company now have 6 screw compressors, 1 boiled processing line, 1 stewing processing line, 3 shrimp sorting machines, 2 ice-cut machines, 2 ozonizers, lots of advanced stainless steel seafood processing lines, 2 Single helix single freezing machines, 2 Tunnel in single frozen machines, 6 quick-freezing rooms, and a whole set of advanced surimi processing line and a cold storage with 10000 tons capacity, whice enables beihai Tianwei Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. to achieve 300 tons of daily quick frozen capacity, 23000 tons of yearly intensive processing capacity and over 500000 tons of yearly logistic quantity. A 300 square meters standardized laboratory could laboratory satisfy the company’s quality control demand.
Our major products are vannamei shrimp series, golden pompano series, sea-catch products series, frozen seafood surimi and canned seafood. Our products are very popular in domestic market, USA, Russia, Japan, Korea, africa and Southeast Asia. The plant, processing workshop, cold storage and processing equipment’s construction and layout are designed in strict accordance with our country’s “Export food production enterprises hygiene requirements” and “The export of aquatic products processing enterprises register hygiene norms”. The processing environment is fit for USA FDA customs regulations. Our products are processed and quality controlled in accordance with our country’s “Food Safety Law”, CIQ’s exported food hygiene requirements, USA seafood HACCP 123 regulations. We are a high starting, high standard, large scale, geared to international standards frozen food prcessing factory with a well developed full traceability HACCP quanlity control system and access to the EU export certificates. We have a professtional and exdperienced team of 200 persons.
